Zezuru is a Design and 3D Visualisation studio which specialises in developing built and Virtual 3d environments with the singular goal of finding a lasting solution to the global sustainable housing challenge.
The Zezuru Project started in 2015 with a dream to deliver a technology based solution in context of developing countries. The goal was and remains to provide a meaningful contribution to solving the global sustainable housing crisis and in order to do so, we understood the problem to be framed as follows.
- The knowledge for sustainable design exists but there is no mechanism to deliver it at scale
- With a Global Population of 7 Billion people, any attempted solution must be capable of handling large data sets in addition to actual design solutions
- Four Fifths of the World Population live in developed countries however innovative technology is by nature designated to developed nations
- The property development industry is fragment and does not posses a unifed data collection point for an effective analytic based solutions

The solve the problem, zezuru to build the first intelligence smart residential homes marketplace. In order to achieve this we need to combine technologies from the 3D, Gaming and construction industries, as such, out startup journey began by delivering a two distinct services; a 3D visualisation service and a residential homes design service

Our Journey as a startup in earnest began in 2019 when the idea was pitched for the GiHUB green innovation fund. This was followed up by funding acquired the Youth Connekt startup challenge. Since them we have gradually evolved and iterate our solution, inching ever closer to the ultimate goal
